Job Responsibilities
- Calculate loan eligibility of loan applicants
- Help applicants choose the most suitable cooperatives or other lending institutions.
- Answer any enquiries applicants may have
- All applicants comes from our websites. Your job is to be a loan consultant to these applicants.
Nature of Job
- Work from home
- No need to meet customers or applicants
- Work in front of computer and on telephone
- This is not a sales job. No call calling needed.
Criteria
- Must be able to speak BM well as almost all applicants are Malay.
- Must work during office hours. Must not have other employment.
- At least a diploma or higher
- Must own a computer or notebook with internet access
- Knows Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Malay women preferred
