We are a internet marketing company helping clients get new customers via online methods. As a result of our sustained intensive internet marketing effort in the last two years, we have received significant increase in our customer enquiries – more than our capacity to cope effectively. As such we require a Customer Service & Support Personnel to assist us.
Job Responsibilities
- Answering enquiries coming in from our numerous websites.
- Furnishing relevant information to potential customers based on their enquiries
- Follow up on the potential customers
- Some administrative duties
This is not a sales or telemarketer job
- You do not make cold calls. All the enquiries comes from our websites. Enquiries are from people who are already interested but require more information. Your job is to furnish them with additional information and assessed their interest. If they are very keen, the case will be passed over to the marketing team.
- No travelling needed to meet customers. Our marketing team will meet face to face with customers.
- Most of the time you will be in front of the computer and on the phone
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Pleasant personality
- Good command of English (must), Mandarin (preferred) and spoken BM (30% of enquiries are from Malays)
Ideal for women who have left the corporate world because of family commitments. You can still put your working experience and communication skills to good use.
Working Arrangement
- You can choose to work at our office (at Kuchai Lama or at AIA building – KL) or you can work from home
- Total hours of work is averaging 4 – 6 hours daily
Remuneration
Basic salary plus incentive profit sharing

- Business loan consultant – helping SME to apply for bank loans
- Landscaping and Interior Design company
- Will writing agency

- Mortgage broker - advising new house owners on housing loan
Many of our clients are doing accounting and finance related work, hence we prefer hiring someone with the relevant background.
